This basic house transformed into an appealing and updated home. We modernized the exterior with dark blue siding, a covered front porch, and well-maintained landscaping. Inside, we enhanced the overall interior, creating a harmonious blend of modernity and classic charm.
“I am so proud of the restoration projects Liz Bauer Dickson and her husband Jeff have completed on South Franklin Street in Christiansburg. She and Jeff have taken two very old and prominent properties and restored them to their original grandeur. As a native of Christiansburg and having grown up within a block of these buildings, I had become saddened by the way they had deteriorated because I remember both properties very well. In fact, I walked past the house and apartment building almost every day and played in their yards with friends.
